These are like paper, but work very well, don't fall apart, and don't leave lint, so they are perfect for nail art. I would hesitate to use these on anyone's eyes though as they are not soft enough. The container is great to have and some container is necessary as these don't easily remain stacked without one. The ship time was normal and they were well packaged.
